My Jack Wolfskin Order Marked as Delivered but Never Received

My Jack Wolfskin product shows as delivered on April 30, 2014, but I never received it. I am filing a complaint because I was never contacted in any way, and I couldn’t reach the courier service either. It’s been three months, and there has been no response or resolution. The delivery was supposedly made from a location in Çan, and the courier claims it was delivered, but I did not receive anything. I am very frustrated and demand a solution.
