Clinique Tracking 154440256 Not Moving

I am filing a complaint regarding a delivery issue I experienced with the Kolay Gelsin courier company. My package containing a Clinique product, with tracking number 154440256, has not been delivered since Thursday. Even though my delivery address is located in Diyarbakır Yenişehir, there has been no movement or update for days.

I contacted Kolay Gelsin customer service, and they only told me that a record had been created, but I have not received any information about when the delivery will be made. I am being inconvenienced both by the delay of my product and the lack of communication.

I request that my package be delivered to my address no later than Monday morning and that I be provided with clear and detailed information regarding the status of the shipment.
