Jack Wolfskin Baseball Cap Developed Stains After Minimal Use – Fabric or Dye Defect

I purchased a Jack Wolfskin baseball cap and, as someone who regularly participates in trekking activities, I expected better quality. I used the cap outdoors twice, for a total of 16 hours, and after the first use, a strange stain appeared on the fabric. The discoloration became permanent and wouldn’t come off, no matter how much I tried to clean it. When I used the cap again, the stain spread to other parts of the cap, but only on the outer surface. The inner part remained unaffected. I brought the cap back to the store, and they said it needed to be sent for inspection. After 26 days, they blamed the issue on user error, which I absolutely refuse to accept. I believe the problem lies in the fabric or dye quality. I request a thorough reinspection of the cap. I’ve had cheaper caps that last 3-4 years in all seasons without issues. Please address my complaint promptly.
