My Columbia Pike Lake Hooded Jacket Leaks Water Despite Careful Use

21

I bought the Columbia Pike Lake Hooded Jacket expecting high-quality protection from the elements, but I’m extremely disappointed. The jacket lets water in, which defeats the whole purpose of owning a product from a brand known for outdoor durability.

I haven’t washed it in a machine or taken it to dry cleaning—so there’s no external damage or misuse. This clearly points to a flaw in the jacket’s insulation or water-resistant design.

I chose Columbia specifically because I trusted the brand’s reputation, which makes this issue even more frustrating. I’m now left with a jacket that offers no real protection in wet weather, and I feel completely let down.

I’m requesting an urgent solution from Columbia. Whether it’s a repair, replacement, or refund, I expect this issue to be taken seriously and resolved promptly. A premium product should perform as promised.
