Return Refusal Shock: Pull&Bear's Underwear Hygiene Excuse Raises Eyebrows

The 3-pack of underwear that I bought from Akasya Pull&Bear store and wanted to return after 20-25 minutes was told that we could not return it on hygiene grounds. In the same store, while I was looking for products, I showed the 3-pack boxers, which were somehow opened, to an employee and I was told that they had to be closed and I was taken away and told to have them repackaged. In this case, the company gave the impression that it was lying about returns and the hygiene of the products it sells. I also complain about the company's cashiers in terms of communication management. I could not read their names from their name badges, but their behavior was disturbing. I will never recommend this brand myself and I will never shop there again, and I advise shoppers to be careful.
