Trendyol Noise-Canceling Headphones Not as Advertised – Refund Denied

I purchased a pair of noise-canceling headphones from Trendyol, and before buying, I reached out to the store three times in writing to confirm whether the product was authentic and functional. I received positive responses each time. However, when the product arrived, I found that it didn’t have any noise-canceling capabilities. I returned the item, but my return was rejected. I tried calling for assistance, but they were no help. I demand a refund for the faulty product, or I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially after being misled about the product’s features.
