Jabra Elite 5 Charging Case Drains Fast — No Service Support Provided

I purchased the Jabra Elite 5 earbuds, and before even reaching one year of use, the battery in the charging case started draining extremely fast. It has now gotten to the point where the light turns red after charging the earbuds just once.

When I contacted the authorized service center, I was told that they do not provide support for the Elite series. I have no idea how to find the correct service provider or where to send the product under warranty.

I’m requesting help with the warranty process and proper service support for my device.
