I Was Charged Without My Consent and Got No Refund From Enpara
A transaction of ₺340 was processed without my consent using my Enpara credit card at a business listed as Ş***** Ö****. I did not participate in this transaction and promptly informed Enpara as soon as I became aware of the issue. I reached out for a refund regarding the unauthorized charge, but I haven't heard back or seen any resolution yet. It’s incredibly concerning that a transaction like this could happen without proper security checks in place. This situation has left me feeling apprehensive and worried about the trustworthiness of the card’s protection features. I anticipate a swift clarification and a complete reimbursement of the amount involved. If this matter isn't addressed, I will be compelled to pursue legal options. This lack of communication has really shaken my confidence.
