iyzico Took My Payment for Shoes but Never Delivered or Refunded My Order

I ordered some shoes on 03/10/2024 using Iyzico and paid with my credit card. I still haven't gotten the shoes, a refund, or even an update about my order. It’s frustrating to be in the dark like this, and I’m stuck here with just my bank payment details as proof. I’d like to either get my money back or have the shoes I ordered delivered. Thanks!
