I Paid via Iyzico on Estée Lauder’s Website But My Order Never Appeared
I recently placed an order through Estée Lauder’s official website and made the payment using Iyzico. While the payment was successfully deducted from my account, no order appears under my account on their site. There is no order number, no confirmation email—absolutely nothing to prove the transaction from Estée Lauder’s side, even though they took the money.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that the payment would be refunded. However, it has been days and there has been no update or progress on my refund. This lack of transparency and accountability from such a globally recognized beauty brand is extremely frustrating.
I’m requesting an immediate resolution to this issue. Either fulfill the order I paid for or issue a full refund without further delay. I expect clear communication and a formal response from Estée Lauder as soon as possible. This kind of experience makes me question the reliability of shopping directly from their website.
