IVECO S-Way 530 Full Plus Engine Failure




Just 9 months ago, I purchased a brand new IVECO S-Way 530 Full Plus 2022 model vehicle with a service warranty. However, at 110,000 km, I started hearing strange noises coming from the engine. I immediately contacted the authorized service center and they sent roadside assistance. After a detailed examination, they determined that there was a malfunction in the engine. Shockingly, they informed me that the engine had caught fire and needed to be replaced. This is an incredibly costly repair that is not covered under warranty. I am now left in a state of uncertainty. My vehicle is my livelihood, and I depend on it to commute to work and earn a living. What will happen to my income now? I demand that the repairs be carried out free of charge under warranty coverage. This situation is simply unacceptable, and I expect IVECO to honor its commitment to customer satisfaction.
