iTalki Trial Class Complaint After Instructor Missed Session

iTalki completely failed me on my very first trial lesson. The teacher did not join the class, yet they still charged me for the trial lesson. I contacted them through every possible channel, but I did not receive any response. I even woke up very early in the morning for this lesson. Honestly, this is unacceptable.

My trial lesson was 30 minutes long. I messaged the teacher through the chat section, but there was no reply at all. They broke my trust from the very first lesson.

Misleading people in this way is not acceptable.
