If italki Support hasn’t replied about lesson issues, don’t rely on comments or app reviews.
Go directly through their official Help Center and Support form on the italki website, which is the proper channel for case tracking and escalation.
The Help Center lets you submit a ticket with lesson details, screenshots, teacher name and dates so support can properly investigate your dispute.
Inside the italki app or web version, tap Profile → Help → Contact Support and choose the appropriate category (lesson issue, payment dispute, etc.) to ensure your request goes to the right team.
If you still don’t hear back, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
