iStock requires credit card details just to start a trial, but once you enter them, hidden charges start appearing. Even after using the 30-day trial and downloading a few images, I was suddenly billed without any warning. Worse, they charged my card without notifying me!

There’s no cancel button, so I had to contact customer service. Their response? They told me I had to pay $75 just to cancel! This is a predatory practice and likely a violation of consumer protection laws.

iStock, I demand an immediate refund and a proper cancellation option for customers. Stop charging people unfairly! If this isn’t resolved, I will escalate the issue further.
