iStock Trial Subscription Charged & Won’t Cancel Without Extra Fee

I signed up for an iStock trial subscription on October 28, 2023, expecting to test the service. However, on November 28, 2023, they charged me $14.90 USD without prior notice. As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately requested to cancel my subscription on the same day.

Instead of processing my cancellation, iStock informed me that I could only cancel by paying 50% of the total subscription fee. This is completely unfair! I acted within a reasonable time frame, yet I am being forced to pay extra just to cancel a service I no longer want.

I demand that iStock cancel my subscription without charging additional fees and provide a refund for the unauthorized charge. This kind of policy is misleading and unacceptable!
