iStock Charged Me for a 1-Year Subscription Without Consent

I recently discovered that iStock started a 1-year subscription on my account without my knowledge or consent, and they charged me without any prior notice. I never authorized this payment, yet they are now withdrawing a monthly fee from my card for an entire year.

Despite multiple attempts, I cannot cancel the subscription. There is no clear option to stop the payments, and customer service has been unhelpful. Since this was an unauthorized charge, I had to cancel my credit card to prevent further deductions. However, my iStock subscription still remains active, and I am unable to terminate it.

I demand an immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund for the unauthorized charges. iStock must stop forcing users into long-term payments and make cancellations straightforward. This needs to be resolved immediately!
