I Face $132 Blocked Payment Issue Between İş Bank and Payoneer

Through the İş Bank mobile app, I attempted to send a payment of $132 for a product using Payoneer. However, during the transaction, I received a message saying “blocked due to security reasons,” and the transfer did not go through.
I contacted customer service, but I was told that I needed to reach out to the other party involved. Currently, the $132 remains on hold in my Payoneer account, and without the block being lifted, the bank cannot release the funds to me.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and no concrete solution has been provided so far.
I request a full refund of the blocked $132 and a quick resolution of this matter so that I am not left stuck in the middle of a failed transaction.
