I Was Placed in Enforcement After My Loan Restructuring Was Not Completed

On Friday, September 12th, at 1:39 PM, I received a phone call from an İş Bankası store informing me about the restructuring of my consumer loan. However, the process was not completed. I contacted the bank again regarding the issue and received no response. During the call, the payroll and address document request had been canceled; however, no information was provided, and the process was not moved forward. Because this was not done, I was placed in enforcement proceedings. After Friday, September 12th, a weekend intervened, and the next deadline was the night of September 15th, 1991st. After that day, I was directly placed in enforcement proceedings. Despite numerous calls, the employees I met that day were on their way back, and because they didn't respond, I suffered significant losses due to the enforcement proceedings. Currently, law firms are only being told that the legal fees are 50,000. Payments are due on the 15th, and due to the missing installment, the day should have been extended. The recording of the call, the time, and date of September 12th are available on my audio system.
