A SoulChill User Asked Me to Send Paid Gifts for a Private Call

I am a user of the SoulChill application from Germany and I would like to report a problem I recently faced in the live broadcast section. During my use of the app, one of the accounts asked me to send paid gifts and coins in exchange for speaking with me via a private phone call. I refused this request and I did not make any payment, as I consider it an inappropriate and potentially exploitative practice. The account I am complaining about has the following UID: 47162***. I request that you review this account and its activity, and check the communication that took place through the application regarding the request for paid gifts in return for private calls. I have attached screenshots and a video from the application as supporting evidence, and I ask you to carefully review these materials and investigate the incident seriously. I am submitting this complaint not only because I was personally affected by this behavior, but also to protect other users, especially young people, from possible financial exploitation related to paid gifts and coins. I ask you to investigate this case, take the necessary measures against this account, including a permanent ban if a violation of the app’s rules is confirmed, and to strengthen monitoring and protection mechanisms inside live rooms and private communication so that SoulChill remains a safe and trustworthy environment for all users. I also request that my complaint be published and conveyed to the SoulChill management.
