VakıfBank Closed Enforcement Debt Still Deducted And Refund Unreturned

I had outstanding debts related to two different enforcement files belonging to VakıfBank. I paid both debts in full in a single payment about three months ago. Despite this, deductions from my salary continued, so I requested a refund for the overpayments taken after the debts were already closed. However, I have not been able to reach anyone who could help. Neither Sözmez Law Office, which handled the enforcement process, nor VakıfBank provided a clear solution; I was only told to call the Altınoluk Branch. Even though I called the Altınoluk Branch many times, my calls were never answered. I then contacted VakıfBank and requested that a complaint be filed. The next day, the Altınoluk Branch called me, stated that they would speak with Sözmez Law Office and get back to me, and confirmed that the excess amount collected was ₺26,000. However, no one called me after that. I tried calling many more times, but again no one answered and I could not reach anyone. Although my enforcement files are fully closed, the excess ₺26,000 deducted from my salary has still not been refunded. I request that this full excess amount be returned to me and that I be provided with clear and written information regarding the process.
