I signed up on the IQ Boost website simply to view my IQ test results. Nowhere during that process was it clearly stated that I was enrolling in a recurring Premium subscription. Yet three days after I made a one-time payment, I was shocked to discover that my credit card had been charged 39.90 euros (₺equivalent) without my permission.
This is completely unacceptable. I did not knowingly authorize any ongoing subscription, and I certainly didn’t agree to repeated charges. It feels like a deceptive tactic to trap users into hidden memberships they never opted into.
I have already contacted my bank and am requesting that all charges be reversed immediately. If my money is not refunded promptly, I will not hesitate to pursue legal action and file complaints with relevant consumer protection authorities.
IQ Boost must stop misleading customers and provide a clear, transparent process—no one should be charged monthly for a test result they wanted once. I demand the immediate cancellation of this so-called Premium account and the full refund of every unauthorized transaction.
