iPhone Lightning Cable Broke After 12 Months - I Want A Replacement

I have been using the original Lightning cable that came with my iPhone 12 for about 12 months. Recently, while unplugging my phone from charging, the tip of the cable broke off in my hand, while the other part remained stuck in the phone. It was very disappointing to see the cable break in such a short time under normal use; from a brand like Apple, I expected a more durable and high-quality product. I received the cable along with my device, which I purchased from the official Trendyol seller in Istanbul, and I have the invoice and warranty documents. My product is under warranty until June 2026. So far, I have not contacted customer service. I request that my broken cable be replaced free of charge with a new Lightning cable under warranty.
