I purchased my iPhone 16 Pro Max brand new on February 26, 2025. Because the battery began to swell on its own, I delivered the device on December 26, 2025 to Gürgençler, an Apple Authorized Reseller located in Viaport, for warranty inspection. My device remained in service for approximately 15–16 days.
When I went to pick up the phone and tested it before accepting delivery, I noticed three white dots on the screen, which appear to be dead pixels. I stated that I could not accept the device in this condition. The staff member informed me that they could send the phone back to the warranty service again. For this reason, I did not accept the device and returned it immediately.
I paid 110,000 TL (approximately $2,560 USD) for this device when it was new. First, the battery swelling issue occurred; then, after the warranty process, the device was returned with a defective screen, along with lagging and freezing problems. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and has seriously damaged my trust in the brand. I do not want to use a repaired device or a phone with a replaced screen.
I am requesting that my device be replaced with a brand-new, flawless unit, without any repairs being performed. I kindly ask that this process be resolved quickly and in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction regarding my device with serial number 350613322964.
