On 16/09/2024, I purchased my invoiced iPhone 15 Pro device from the masterfone store of pttavm.com. While there is no problem with the device, a white light appears at the bottom of the screen of my device without any drops or anything. I have attached the photos. Since the device is under importer warranty, Apple Turkey does not support the device and does not solve the problem. The Apple service called miservice, which I have an agreement with Masterfone, examined the device and said it was a user error and asked for ₺13500 for the screen replacement. I am applying to consumer rights to seek my rights without paying this fee. Although my device is under Apple warranty, Apple Turkey's failure to support the device is completely victimizing. Their explanation is that the device is not supported in Turkey. It is obvious that the problem of my phone is not a user error and there is no impact on the device, I want my problem to be solved.
