iPhone 16 Charging And Freezing Issue - Warranty Repair Denied

I am experiencing a serious service problem with my iPhone 16, which is still under warranty. My device has two main issues: it does not charge with a cable and the screen freezes. Because of these problems, I took my phone to Apple Gürgençler Yenimahalle in Ankara and later to the Apple Bağdat Caddesi service point in Istanbul. I had previously experienced the same complaint and my phone was replaced once before for exactly this issue. However, I have encountered the same problem again with the replacement device. I had my charging cable and adapter checked by the service, and it was confirmed that they are original Apple products. I have never had the device opened or interfered with by any unauthorized service or person, I have always used original accessories, and there has been no liquid contact or dropping incident. Despite all this, I was told that there had been an unauthorized intervention on the device and therefore a paid repair was required. This statement does not reflect the truth, and I have never had any unauthorized intervention done on my phone. A service repair ID with the number R70519731 was created for this process. Since the same complaint previously resulted in a device replacement, this actually means that Apple accepted that the fault was not mine; yet this time they claim the device is out of warranty and demand a fee. I do not accept being asked to pay for repair for a device that is still under warranty and that I have used under normal conditions. I request that my iPhone 16 be repaired free of charge under warranty or that the device be replaced if repair is not possible. I kindly ask you to review my case in detail and respond to my request for free repair or device replacement.
