Even during regular use—without heavy apps or games—the screen freezes, turns black, and the Apple logo appears as if the device is rebooting.
This recurring problem has made me avoid using my phone for photos altogether. I expect a premium device like the iPhone 15 to perform flawlessly, but instead, I’m left frustrated with its frequent crashes and unresponsiveness. I demand a resolution, whether through repair or replacement. Apple must address this issue immediately, as it’s unacceptable for such an expensive device.
