iPhone 15 Battery Health Dropping Fast and Touch Screen Issues

I purchased my iPhone 15 only 10 months ago, and the battery health has already dropped significantly to 91%. I’m careful with charging and avoid using the phone while it’s plugged in, yet the battery continues to degrade quickly, and the charge doesn’t last long. Additionally, the touch screen often freezes and becomes unresponsive, adding to my frustration. This has made me anxious about even handling my phone. I expect Apple to address these issues promptly and provide a solution. A premium device like this should not be experiencing such problems so soon, and I urge Apple to take action to prevent further inconvenience for customers like myself.
