iPhone 13 Front Camera Stops Working After One Month

I purchased a brand-new iPhone 13 just a month ago, and now the front camera has completely stopped working. Whenever I try to switch from the rear to the front camera, the screen becomes blurry, freezes, and remains stuck.

This is my first time owning an iPhone, and the experience has been nothing but disappointing. I expected better reliability from such a premium device. The software is fully updated, so the issue doesn’t appear to be related to outdated firmware.

Apple, I need an immediate solution to fix this front camera issue. A phone this new should not have such a major problem. Please provide guidance on resolving this or replace the device promptly.
