iPhone 14 Plus Keeps Freezing and Disrupting Basic Use

I bought an iPhone 14 Plus from Hepsiburada, and I'm having a problem where the screen keeps freezing up. Whoever picks up the phone ends up asking the same thing: why is it freezing and running so slowly? I don't have any big programs or games on my device, but every time I try to take photos or record videos, the screen just freezes. I keep having to turn it off and on again over and over. This situation is really frustrating because I can't count on my phone for simple things. I'm not satisfied with how the product is working and I hope Hepsiburada can help fix the issue or swap out the broken device. I relied on their platform for good products, but this situation has been really frustrating.
