iPhone 13 Battery Health Dropped Fast - Overheating Freezing Issues

I have been using iPhone devices since 2016 and have both preferred Apple products myself and recommended them to people around me. However, the recent experience I have had with my iPhone 13 has unfortunately changed this perspective quite seriously. I purchased my iPhone 13 as a brand‑new device from Vatan Bilgisayar on 21.12.2024 for ₺34,999.25. In order not to experience any problems related to the battery, I also specifically bought the charger adapter from Apple’s own online store. Despite charging the device only once a day on a regular basis and not even having any games installed, the battery health started to decline very quickly and I had to limit my usage during the day. In addition to this, I also began to experience freezing, overheating and occasional network issues on the device. Following these issues, I contacted Apple customer service several times and was informed that there was no problem with the device. However, as the problems continued, I contacted Apple’s authorized service provider Hizmet İletişim in Van and delivered the device to them on 16.01.2026, and I was told that the process had been started. On 21.01.2026, I received an SMS stating that a part was being awaited. When I spoke with Apple again, I could not obtain clear information about the part‑ordering process. In my discussions with the technical service, I was told that only a fault in the top speaker was detected and that a part was being awaited for that, and that the battery health problem was related to the software. If there is a software issue that negatively affects battery health to this extent, I believe the responsibility lies with Apple, who develops this software, not with the user. My device is still waiting at the Hizmet İletişim service in Van. All my invoices and documents are available, and I primarily request that my device be replaced; if this is not possible, I demand that it be repaired without any problems and that the performance loss I have experienced regarding the battery health be resolved. As a long‑time user of your brand, I kindly request that my grievance be remedied and that I receive a clear and explanatory response about the process.
