Apple Repair Refused Under Warranty – iPhone 13 Service Complaint

I delivered my iPhone 13, which is still under warranty, to the Apple Başarı service center in İzmir on March 31, 2026, due to an issue with very low sound output. The Başarı service forwarded the device to the Apple repair center for inspection.
After the evaluation, it was clearly stated that my device is still under warranty, has never been opened before, and has not been subjected to any external intervention. Despite this, my request for a free repair was denied on the grounds that there was a “foreign object” inside the device, and I was asked to pay approximately $425 USD for the repair.
If there is indeed a foreign object inside a sealed device, I believe this could only have occurred during manufacturing or due to a defect that allowed something to enter the device. Since the service itself confirmed that there was no external interference, I do not accept this situation being classified as user error and excluded from warranty coverage.
The Apple case number opened under the name Yusuf A*** is GQMP2M0VNM, and the Başarı service receipt number is A632101588.
Based on all this information, I request that my device—still under warranty, unopened, and not subject to unauthorized intervention—be replaced free of charge, without any repair fee based on the claim of a foreign object. I kindly ask that my case be reviewed promptly and that a resolution be provided in accordance with my warranty rights.

I delivered my iPhone 13, still under warranty, with a sound problem to the Apple Başarı service in Izmir; the service sent the device to a repair center and, despite stating it was under warranty, rejected my request for a free repair, demanding a fee of ₺13,650 claiming a foreign object inside. I believe this report was prepared to void the warranty, and I have seen no progress; I will never buy a product from Apple again.
