However, since the day I received the phone, none of the promised AI capabilities have been available. When I contacted Apple customer support, I was only told that these features would be introduced “soon,” but no timeline or guarantee was provided. This is unacceptable, as I paid for a product with the expectation that the AI features were already included and functional at delivery. My phone is still under warranty, and I expect either the immediate activation of the promised AI features or a full refund for the purchase.
