iPhone 16 Pro Max Shuts Down Randomly—Unacceptable for a Premium Device

I purchased an iPhone 16 Pro Max one month ago for nearly ₺100,000, expecting top-tier performance. Previously, I had always used S** devices**, but since Apple products are so highly praised, I decided to give it a try. I now regret my decision—this phone is completely unreliable.

In just one month of use, my iPhone has randomly shut down multiple times—while driving on a long trip, during an important business call, and even while handling critical documents. The screen becomes unresponsive, and the only solution seems to be the forced restart method circulating on the internet (pressing the volume buttons in sequence and holding the power button). But seriously, Apple engineers—is this the best solution you can offer?

I know the typical excuses—Apple will say it’s water damage (impossible, as the phone has never been exposed to moisture), or they’ll claim it’s impact-related (also impossible, since I keep it securely on my desk or in my jacket pocket). I took extreme care of this device, yet I am left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Some people suggest a software update will fix it, but how does a leading tech company release a flagship phone with such a basic stability issue? When my friends ask about this phone, I tell them honestly: I regret my purchase. And the worst part? People just say, “Yeah, iPhones do that sometimes, you just wait and it fixes itself.” How is this acceptable for a so-called premium product?

Apple, fix this issue now! If I had known I’d be dealing with this, I would have just bought the latest S** device instead**. Has anyone else experienced this? Consumers should not have to accept such poor quality!
