Apple iCloud Storage Pricing and Disability Discounts

I have long been experiencing hardship due to Apple iCloud’s storage package pricing and policy. I use an iPhone XR and need approximately 442 GB of storage space, but Apple only offers 200 GB (₺129) and 2 TB (₺399) plans. The 200 GB plan is insufficient, while the 2 TB plan is far beyond my needs and very costly. For nearly two years, I have been forced to pay unnecessarily high fees for unused storage. I contacted customer service about this issue but was not offered any solution or alternative. On this occasion, I would also like to state that I am a disabled user. Many international companies provide discounts, benefits, and conveniences to their disabled customers, and I expect Apple to do the same. Under Law No. 5378 on Disabled Persons and related regulations, ensuring positive discrimination in access to services for disabled individuals is a legal obligation. My condition is severe paraplegia, and I can provide documentation if required. My expectations from Apple are the introduction of mid-tier packages such as 500 GB and 1 TB at reasonable prices, a review of the current pricing policy, and discounts for disabled users under positive discrimination. In addition, I request compensation for the excessive fees I have paid over the past two years for storage space I did not need. My account is linked to the email address: *******@gmail.com.
