Hello, I have been paying for iCloud storage monthly to back up my data. While my contacts and other backups were restored properly, my photos did not transfer back to my phone during the iCloud restore process.
I pay regularly for both contact and photo storage, so it’s unacceptable that my photos were not recovered. If the contacts can be restored without issues, why are my photos missing? This lack of reliability is disappointing and does not meet the high standards expected from Apple services.
I request immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure all my photos are restored as per the service I am paying for. Please address this problem promptly.
