IP TV Box Pro Banned My Account After 3 Months Despite One-Year Payment

I purchased a one-year IPTV broadcast service through IP TV Box Pro in Tekirdağ and paid $53 for it. However, only three months after purchasing the service, my broadcasts were shut down without any explanation, and my account was banned.

When I contacted the support team, they spoke to me in a casual and disrespectful manner and then removed me from the system.

I have my payment receipt and customer information available. I am requesting that my service be reactivated.
