I’m writing this message with deep frustration and disappointment. I’ve been using the Intel Arc A750 graphics card, and to say it’s underperforming would be a massive understatement. I’m a content creator and streamer, and this card struggles not just with gaming, but even with basic screen recording. It can’t deliver the smooth, high-quality performance my work depends on.

Compared to other 8GB GPUs in the same price range, the Arc A750 falls embarrassingly short. And if that wasn’t bad enough, I’ve been waiting over a week for a response from Intel support. When I finally heard back, I was asked ridiculous questions like “Which GPU are you using?”—even though I had already made it crystal clear I was using Intel’s own Arc A750. This lack of seriousness is insulting.

As someone who has recommended Intel products to countless friends and colleagues for years, I now feel completely betrayed. This experience has turned me from a loyal supporter into a deeply dissatisfied customer.

Let me be absolutely clear: I am requesting an immediate replacement of my Arc A750 (which is still under warranty) with the B580 model. This is not a favor—it is my legal consumer right.

If Intel refuses to fulfill this demand, I will:

File a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and all relevant authorities,

Take legal action to defend my rights,

And expose this entire situation publicly on social media and all other platforms.

You are damaging the trust in the Intel brand, and I expect this matter to be resolved urgently. Do the right thing—replace my card now. I’ve had enough.
