Withdrawal Failed and Account Blocked

I am writing regarding an issue I faced on Instamatch365 with a failed withdrawal from the Roulette section. On 05/06/2026, from Annavaram, India, I attempted to withdraw an amount of 70,005 to my bank account. The withdrawal failed, but the money was not reversed back to my gaming account or credited to my bank account. After this incident, my Instamatch365 account was blocked, and I have been unable to access it properly to track or recover my funds. This situation has caused me serious concern, as a large amount is stuck and I have received no resolution. I kindly request that the amount of 70,005 be processed and credited to my bank account as withdrawal, or that an immediate correction be made so I can receive my money without further delay. I also expect my account issue to be checked and resolved so that I can clearly see the status of this transaction.
