I am writing regarding an issue I am experiencing with Instamatch365 Gaming involving a withdrawal that I have not received and the blocking of my account.
Two days ago, I submitted a withdrawal request, but the funds have still not been credited to me. After contacting customer support to report the issue, my user ID was blocked instead of the matter being resolved.
I am using Instamatch365 Gaming from India. My registered mobile number is 86988648**, and my user ID is 6459406. I have a screenshot as proof of the transaction and my account details, which I can provide if necessary.
I request that my pending withdrawal amount be released to me as soon as possible and that this issue be properly investigated. I expect Instamatch365 Gaming to resolve this matter promptly and ensure that users are not penalized for submitting legitimate complaints.
