Reactivate My Instamatch Account
I had an active account on Instamatch365 registered with the email address gachu***@gmail.com, and on 23 April 2026 at around 5:00 p.m. I transferred my winning amount from my Instamatch365 account to my Punjab and Sind Bank account. The total amount of my withdrawals was 19,000 + 3,000 + 4,000. but the money has still not been credited to my Punjab and Sind Bank account. On 24 April 2026, my Instamatch365 account was then permanently blocked without any valid explanation. I did not receive any email, SMS, or in‑app notification explaining the reason for this block or providing any information about the status of my withdrawals. After I noticed that the withdrawal had not reached my bank account, I contacted Instamatch365 customer support by phone, but they did not help me or offer any proper solution to either the missing amount or the account block. I have transaction details and screenshots for these transfers, which I am ready to share when requested. I request that my full winning amount (19,000 + 3,000 + 4,000) be immediately credited to my Punjab and Sind Bank account and that my Instamatch365 account be promptly unblocked, or at the very least that I receive a clear written explanation for the block and the missing funds without any further delay.
