I had three withdrawal requests pending on my Instamatch 365 account, and after waiting for seven days, my account was suddenly blocked. When I now try to log in, I see the message: “Your account has been blocked. Please contact support,” and I am unable to access my balance or track my withdrawals.
The first withdrawal I requested was ₹4,000 on April 16, 2026, at 10:39 PM. The second withdrawal was ₹15,000 on April 17, 2026, at 8:18 PM, and the third withdrawal was ₹2,000 on April 19, 2026, at 12:11 PM. All three withdrawals remained pending, and before I received any payment or explanation, my account was blocked.
This situation is extremely concerning, as my total withdrawal amount of ₹21,000 (approximately $250) is now stuck without access or clarity. I request that Instamatch 365 urgently process and pay my full pending withdrawal amount. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation as to why my account was blocked despite these legitimate withdrawal requests.
