I am writing regarding a serious issue I have faced with the Instamatch website related to a withdrawal of my funds. On 20/04/2026, I requested a withdrawal of 27,000 to my bank account in India from my Instamatch account registered with the mobile number 9502685***, game ID 6501*** and username “sreenulek***”. The withdrawal request was created under the reference/transaction ID WL124037089. Despite almost 20 days having passed since this request, the 27,000 has still not been credited to my bank account. During this entire period I have been regularly contacting Instamatch customer support through calls and chat for around 20 days, but I have not received any clear explanation or valid reason for why my withdrawal has not been processed. I request that Instamatch urgently process and credit the 27,000 withdrawal to my bank account without any further delay, and provide a clear explanation for the delay that has already occurred.
