I have been using the Instamatch 365 online games platform from Karnataka, India, and after requesting a withdrawal of ₹139,500 my account with the username F*** and ID 2232*** was suddenly blocked. This happened around January or February, and since then my account has remained blocked for approximately 20 weeks. After the block, I contacted Instamatch 365 customer support and they told me that there was some issue related to cross betting while playing or subscription activity. I clearly state that I did not do anything wrong and did not engage in any such activities. Despite this, my account is still blocked and my withdrawal request of ₹139,500 has not been processed. I request that my Instamatch 365 account be reviewed properly and unblocked, and that I be allowed to access my account again and use the platform normally. I also expect a clear explanation for why my account was blocked when I did not violate any rules.
