I Face Instagram Login Failure Due To Frozen Email Update Error On Android

I have been unable to log in to my Instagram account since the daytime hours of December 9, 2025. When I try to log in through the Android app, I receive the warning: “Apparently, you're not using this email address anymore. Update email address to keep your account safe.” However, the email address I am using is correct, because the password reset code was successfully sent to this email, and I followed all the steps as instructed.

The problem occurs at the final stage, when I attempt to update my email address in response to this warning. At that point, nothing happens on my phone—the button does not respond when I tap the screen, and the page freezes completely, preventing me from completing the process. I have also tried resolving this issue through a web browser, but the same problem persists. As a result, I have been unable to access my account for the past three days.

The username of my account is @pomerai***_familiy_. This is a personal public account that I created for my dogs, and all of the posts consist of their daily memories. Because of this, the account has strong emotional value for me, and I do not want to lose the content I have built over time.
