Instagram Closed My Account After Correcting My Birthdate and Denied My Appeals
I've been using my Instagram account for 5 years, but on September 7, 2024, I noticed that my birthdate was entered incorrectly. I decided to correct it, but as soon as I made the change, my account was suddenly closed. When I tried to log back in, I received a message saying, "Your account has been closed. You have 180 days to appeal. If you do not appeal, your account will be permanently closed." I submitted an appeal, providing my ID, email, and other required information. Instagram reviewed my ID twice, but both times they denied my request. I then tried another method to appeal by explaining my issue and sending an email to Instagram's help center, but I haven't received any response or my account back. I simply corrected my birthdate, and now my account is inaccessible. I urgently need Instagram to review my case properly and restore my account as soon as possible. This is frustrating, and I just want my account back. It asked for a username and password, which I entered, but then it asked for an ID. I don’t have my ID with me right now, so please provide an alternative option.
