I Can't Get Instagram Updates

Because I am a verified member of Meta, my Instagram account is giving me problems whenever I try to use any of the new features or updates. Strangely, despite the fact that all of my other accounts are functioning normally, this issue is limited to my primary account. Furthermore, despite having 10,000 followers, neither my posts nor my reels are being featured in the feeds of other users. It's discouraging that only three to five people have liked some of my posts. I'm writing to request an immediate resolution to these issues, particularly with regard to my verified account.
