I Keep Getting Banned from Liking and Following on Instagram Without Any Reason

I'm once again facing the same frustrating issue on Instagram—I'm being restricted from liking posts and following other accounts for no valid reason. This has happened multiple times now, and it's incredibly upsetting and unfair. I haven’t done anything that violates the community guidelines or any spam-like activity. Still, my account, named çiğdem ç**, is suddenly blocked from performing the most basic actions.

It’s extremely discouraging to be punished for simply using the app the way it’s meant to be used. I’ve already been patient, but this recurring issue is wearing me down. I request Instagram to urgently lift these unnecessary restrictions and provide a proper explanation.

Please stop penalizing regular users for no reason. I just want to use my account normally without worrying about random blocks.
