Right now, I’m unable to use several features on my Ininal account. Every time I try to make a transaction or access certain options, I get the same error: “Something went wrong.” It keeps happening, and I have no idea what’s causing it.

My account is very basic—I opened it but haven’t fully verified it yet. I need to know whether I can still use it for online shopping in this unverified state. None of this information is clearly provided in the app or on the website, and I’ve been left completely in the dark.
