Persistent PIN Issues With My Credit Card
I haven’t been able to use my Akbank credit card for a while. Initially, the magnetic strip on my original card stopped working, so a new card was sent to me. Although I set a PIN through the mobile app, every time I try to use the new card, I receive an "incorrect PIN" error, and I haven’t been able to use my card at all. I’ve requested another new card and even visited the branch, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I’ve been dealing with this problem for three weeks now and feel completely let down. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly and my card to become fully functional. Please don’t make us regret being Akbank customers.
