I can’t access or use the funds in my Ininal card, and I’m also unable to withdraw any money from ATMs. On top of that, I’ve recently seen reports in the news stating that Ininal A.Ş. is under investigation and that accounts have been frozen due to legal issues.
If this is true, it’s completely unacceptable that users like me have received no clear information or support. I’ve done nothing wrong, yet I’m the one being punished. I have money in my account that I urgently need, and I can’t touch it.
Ininal, I demand that my funds be returned to me through an alternative payment method as soon as possible. This situation is causing serious financial harm. I also request that someone with actual authority contact me directly. I deserve a clear explanation and an immediate solution.
